03' Casita 16' SD. Great condition. well cared for...many little upgrades add up! $10,500 firm. (thousands more invested!). all standard options plus: Sony LCD TV/DVD/CD, Memory foam mattress, Fridge cooling fan kit, fiberglass AC vent cover, Max Air roof vent fan with thermostat, Furnace with digital thermostat, Water heater, Linoloem floor upgrade, Undercoated frame, Sway bar. Everything works well. Wheel bearings and electric brakes were serviced last fall. Pulls easily with ordinary tow vehicle...much lighter than Casita's 17 foot models. thanks, 16' casitas are about 5'11" to 6' inside height.
