windows, ac, fantastic fan, large
fridge, freezer, stove/oven, slide out pantry shelf,
furnace, dry bath with tub/shower combo and sliding door, cellular blinds with
light or dark shade, stereo with outdoor speakers, skylight with shade, outdoor shower, new equalizer hitch, lots and lots of storage. Large front bed (much easier to make than the rear bed model) and dinette which folds down to another bed.

propane tanks with
propane mounted under cover.
Tires covered from the sun when parked. Covered over winter and given a wash today. The exterior on the trailer shows some travel ( the decals in a couple small spots have peeled, some spotting on the front from some highway work ). The interior is in really excellent condition minus one blind to be restrung. The trailer is currently winterized (air not chemical).

Summer 2017 we did a bunch of maintenance - full inspection - New
battery, roof vents etc all replaced or resealed as recommended along with other misc items as needed. Carpets and upholstery professionally cleaned at the end of the season.
Tires are in great shape and 75% on the
brakes. (Has 2 spare tires). Have owners manual and appliance manuals. This is a fantastic trailer just a bit too big for us - replacing/down-grading our tow vehicle and going to a smaller trailer.
