This super lightweight travel trailer is a 13' 1981
Perris Pacer Travel Trailer. Exterior
paint and gel coat is in good condition and all original. Some stress fissures if you look real close but looks great for its age. Has always been tarped when not in use. The interior walls were stripped but interior has been custom decorated and painted. Floors have faux wood waterproof vinyl plank installed with trim.
The dinette folds out into a bed and has storage both above and underneath. The couch can be converted into a bed and has storage both above and underneath. Wardrobe closet. Original Stainless Steel Sink is there but no faucet and not hooked up. There is a
propane tank and the 2burner stove/burners work flawlessly as we just replaced copper tubing. The roof fan works. Interior
lights and
electrical sockets work and has original long 110v chord.
This trailer weighs approx 900lbs and easily towed by
light SUV. It is ready for the road! Break
lights and blinkers work great - some running
lights on the side are not working. There is a mount for
propane tank on front and custom bike rack.
Undercarriage has been rewelded and rebuilt /primed with sturdy thick metal. Tongue was extended. Hitch is in perfect condition.
Tires are 1 year old and spare is brand new never used. There is a custom metal storage box and leveling jacks on the rear. Also comes with an
awning that has not been installed.
