Everything works and no leaks anywhere. Modified to sleep 2 in separate bunks without crawling over each other. sleeps 3 as is or convert back to original.

All the normal goodies Plus 100 WATT Renogy solar panel on roof. TV-DVD, Custom storage box, brand New water heater, extra heavy duty tires with very few miles. Lots of goodies and if you buy in Pismo I will give you all are extra camping gear. I'm Terry. My wife and I live near Fresno in the Central Valley and are interested in veiwing your Casita while your in Pismo. I would like to schedule an appointment with you. We will need to determine if the bathroom will work for my wife and the conition of the axel, but as in most purchases ofthis type the wife will need to feel comfortable in it.
