This looks like a great project for the right person

This is intriguing...plenty of others here working on an Amerigo. Nice project for the right person.

Have you advertised it on your local Craigslist? If you decide to, I'd up the price again, and add lots of details like tire condition, frame condition, etc.

The buyer can get a temporary permit to move it on the roads without actually licensing it, but not everyone knows that, so you might mention something about that, too. The more work you do in terms of informing and papers the better.

Meanwhile, this is killing Paul. We just don't have the resources to come to Indiana and pull this home and start again, but oh, how he wants to! He just got Peanut settled exactly where he wants it in our driveway; we don't really even have room for a second trailer.

But we have so many ideas for a 2nd go-round!

HOPE this finds a home soon!

Sending you all our best wishes.

Kai

Your FG-16 is nearly identical to mine with the exception that you have the rear upper storage where mine had the upper rear bunk bed.

Great project here for the handy type person, lots of potential!

Rich, what is the first picture showing that you posted? It looks like it could be flooring but it could more likely be wall paneling. Can you clarify? Thanx, Bill

We have a road trip scheduled to Evansville, IN from Danville, KY this weekend. Time to go "wandering" again. Maybe...

Congrats on your sale, good luck to the buyer, much joy in the work and the results, and best luck to you on finding a better egg!

Nothing quite like a good egg.

Kathleen
