Have a 1973 Compact Junior for sale.

Interior is good, just needs some exterior cosmetic TLC.

Has been used as a storage shed for the last 15 years, but wife is insisting on replacing it with a "proper shed".

Asking $1500 or best.

Unfortunately I only have a web browser & not a real computer so I cant post pics.

BTW, another interested party asked about the condition of the top

The trailer is loaded with stored stuff, so I cant get inside to raise the top.

I was able to gently pry the top up about an inch to check it & there is about a 2 foot section of vinyl that did'nt fold back in properly & was damaged by the sun & is ripped. I dont know if this can be patched or not.

The rest of the vinyl seems to be OK.

If someone is interested enough to stop by, I will go ahead & unload the storage items so i can raise the roof for a proper look.

I was working in the area and stopped by and took a few pictures of Georges Compact jr.
Interior looked ok ..exterior needs work.This trailer has sat for 11 years so the tires need to be replaced. With some work this could be nice .

Thanks for the photos. I never knew that the diamond quilted vinyl was applied to the ceiling of the moveable center portion of the roof.

Hi brenda, Thanks for "rallying the troops" I hope your rental season is off to a good start.

Strangely enough there has'nt been much interest in the "pull toy"

I did get curious this morning about how the exterior might clean up.

So I washed and waxed -with nufinsh- a small section of the exterior.

WOW, what a difference removing many years of built up grime makes.
Wish I could post pick now.

As you say this thing will clean up real nicely & should make someone real happy with their efforts.

No leaks and after sitting unused for so long I finally sent in the certificate of non operation to the DMV about 5 years ago.

It's been unused since 1996.

Well, i only had one serious offer for the CJ and so I practically gave it away today for $600.

But, the wife is happily thumbing thru her pamphlets for a replacement storage shed, so alls well.
