We bought this lovely little camper, which we call Campy Camp, a few years ago as a project. We gutted the inside, removed and replaced the flooring, painted the interior, and had all of the cushions reupholstered. It has been in storage since, due to it not being finished, and there is no wear and tear on the updates. We have all original interior parts, new hinges for the inside cabinets, exterior door hinges, weather stripping, and new exterior light
covers all to give to the new owner. The side window has been replaced with an A/C unit, and we have a Coleman plug-in "refrigerator/cooler" that fits into the original "ice box" hole (the large opening under the stove) and runs off of either a 110 or 12volt source.
We have original cabinet doors, however, it could use new ones as well as exterior paint
and a finished front door that we started as a result of lower door gap from moisture, a common problem in these trailers.
Asking $5,000 OBO. We would like to finish this ourselves, but we feel the right person could get it finished and enjoy it a lot sooner.
Very sad to see it go.
