There's still plenty of time left to enjoy life in this trailer this camping season and plan & complete any renovations over the winter in this 1500 pound gem that can be pulled by almost anything on 4 wheels.
Fridge, stove, and heater all work on AC and Propane. Table folds down to a double bed. Front bench folds up to bunk beds for young children (includes net for top bunk). Tires in good shape. Newer deep charge battery. 30lb tank. Lots of extra 12v interior lights. Plus 2 inch bumper receiver (welded) for bike rack.

Window cranks are shot but open/close with NO leaks. Door needs to be re positioned and rear cushions need re-upholstering. Completed a vacation to Radium in July/10 with no problems.

Ok, not much action on this unit. Is it overpriced? I consulted with a moderator before I posted and the person said you can always come down. I've seen what the wonderful renos done on these units. Recent post is listed over 8 grand! So you tell me what's fair. Here are a few more pics

As I type this, there have been 138 views of our trailer. No one has commented or sent an e-mail. What if I was to drop the price to $1,999. Would there be anyone interested in purchasing this unit? Or give me an honest "best offer". Sorry not going to give it away as the darn thing works and is roadworthy. Give me a reply

Well, I for one think it,s an awesome price.!!!
I paid 4800.00 + taxes for mine about 7 years ago.
And,,,,,I had to restore it.

Would buy it in a second, if you we're closer.

Put it on KIJJIJJI or Craigslist or something like that.
I,m sure it,ll sell for much more than your asking.
