SOLD - 1978 Unik Rv for sale...need to sell

Well we hate to do it but wife just got laid off job that she has worked at for the past 7 years. Otherwise we would not be selling this awesome and unique(unik) rv.

The only one I have ever seen in the U.S. is a 19 foot 1978 Unik. This camper is always the talk at any camp ground or when we are pulling it to go camping. I bought it from a canadian airforce officer who brought the camper from canada with him to Tinker,Afb in Oklahoma City.

Lot of time and money has been put into this fiberglass rv. I believe it is still the only camper of its kind under the Unik photo gallery. This camper is insulated for the cold canadian weather. The 13,500 BTU A/C freezes you out of the camper in the summer.

This rv will sleep four adults comfortably. Has bunk beds and the table makes into a bed for 2 adults as well.

New items
1/2 Inch water lines
water heater.
Everything works except the following:
Oven Stove does work
Heater has been removed
New 6 ply tires
covered awning

Also has complete anti-sway system for camper. I can pull this rv at freeway speeds of 75 miles per hour and the camper does not sway whatsoever with the system in place.

Camper has full size shower and toilet.

Price is $5,500 or best offer. Camper is Located in Chickasha, Oklahoma 3 hours north of dallas or 40 mins south of Oklahoma city.

Have clear Oklahoma Title in hand. Camper is registered in Oklahoma.

Chris I was wondering where you purchased the cooktop/oven? Who is the manufacturer ? Incredible job you did on your teardrop, what patience and perserverence. You are a true craftsman.

Thanks for the "flowers". It's called an Outback and is manufactured in Mexico. The cooktop is actually a full oven and two burner cooktop. I purchased it at Bass Pro, but it is also available through Cabella's. Frankly, I'd rather have a good ol' Coleman stove and accessory oven. This thing turned out to be pretty wimpy! The top burners aren't nearly as hot as a Coleman stove, and the oven, even though it'll get up to 500 degrees, is very difficult to control temperature-wise. If I had it to do over again, I wouldn't purchase it................but darned if it doesn't look good there in the galley of our little teardrop.
