16 ft, self-contained, completely replaced interior woodwork including floor, cold roof A/C, microwave, new hot water heater and 2-burner cooktop, new gas and water plumbing as well as most electrical, 12volt cooler, shower, toilet, closet and lots of cabinets! Added gas quick-connect hookup outside for cooking, etc. Over 6 feet of headroom. Roof sealed last year after seeing minor water damage to woodwork. Dining booth with new foam cushions makes into 2 bunks or 1 kingsize bed. New wheels and tires including spare. Two propane bottles with hard cover.This camper is very light and has rare 2 axles that make it super easy to pull even with a small truck or SUV. This is a super clean and fun camper! Hate to see it go because I have a lot of blood, sweat and tears (as well as $$) invested but the kids want a boat. Located 45 miles south of Dallas.

Do you know how much this travel trailers weighs? Also, any chance it has electric trailer brakes? Thank you.

Don't know actual weight, I have seen posts from others that say that they have a dry weight of 1000 lbs but I have not confirmed this. I think you can search through the forum and get that info. I will say it has very little tongue weight due to the dual axles. It does have electric brakes on the axle but I dont know if they work as I have never needed them since the trailer is so light.
