Our little Scamp needs a new home, but we hate to see her go!

Our Scamp is registered in California as a permanent trailer, renewable every 5 years for $10. A great savings. This Scamp is outfitted with * 3 way Dometic Refrigerator that operates on l.p. gas or electricity (12/110V) * Suburban gas furnace * 2 burner Safari Range * 12 gallon fresh water tank * Hitch weight 85 lbs.* Bed/dinette * Bunk beds/sofa * Electric brakes * Hand water pump * Factory screen door * Awning * New factory upholstery * New darkening curtains * Spare tire cover * Relined brakes * New tail lights * Sink * Roof vent *Stereo radio with an outside antenna * Front window cover (gravel guard) . Very good condition, especially for its age! Has been well maintained. Everything works; no leaks. Included is a porta-potty (never used) and a utility/shower tent, also never used. We are smoking owners. Clean and ready to go! It took a long time to find her and we hate to see her go. We loved our little Scamp, but health issues necessitate an inside bathroom. A great deal at $5,000.
