Very excited with my new purchase -- I'm sure I'll be back

My Burro's door lock didn't work so when Floyd rebuilt it he added a single cylinder deadbolt lock. That's the type that takes a key outside but has a knob on the inside. He installed it a few inches above the door handle. Works fine.

I'd suggest you post problems in the Problem Solving -- Owners Helping Owners forum and general Q&A in Care and Feeding of Molded Fiberglass Trailers forum. Lots of Burro owners on FiberglassRV, someone may be able to help you with a source for an original looking door lockset.
