I've got a 1983 13' Casita Deluxe that would make a great project for someone. I had this trailer for sale a few months ago before I realized that the frame was badly cracked. I didn't feel like I could sell it that way so I decided to build a new frame for it. Since then, I've lost interest and the time to work on it. The trailer has been completely disassembled and is ready for a new frame and reassembly. Whoever buys this trailer will need to pick it up with a flatbed trailer. Below are pictures of the trailer BEFORE I took it apart. I do gave a clear title - this trailer is being sold as is.
