SOLD!!! This is a one of a kind Scamp.

A 1985 13 ft. with a/c, awning, and screenroom.

Redecorated last year by my wife who does interior layouts for rv and mobile home dealers.

There are no holdind tanks. City water only, with external grey water tank on wheels.

That's a fine looking Scamp! I see a stove-top and furnace, but no propane tank (or battery). Where might they be?

I also see it riding a bit low so a new axle may be in its future.

But it's nice to see a "ready to use" trailer for sale!

Ahhh, Patrick, my friend...
The tank is removable from a flex line, as is the battery from it's mounts. I put a big plastic toolbox on the tongue for extra "stuff" for the weekend. I have them both, and they work fine.
All the 85's I've seen ride like that. There is still 9" clearance below the door.
Look closely at the front view, and you'll see the body was moulded this way.

Ah yes! I see that now. And removable utilties!
