1986 Casita 16ft Liberty Deluxe edition. Very lite fiberglass camper. Weight around 1800lbs, I can lift the front and moved around on my own. Camper can be pulled by pretty much vehicle with a 2" hitch.
Everything in working condition! No leaks, no fiberglass damage, no cracks on the body. 100% leak free, no frame issues, no frame rust, camper's been in Texas it's whole life.
*Rear mount a/c unit installed around 2009 "in 100% working condition"
*Front restroom/shower
* refrigerator 3-way, "100% working condition"
*water heater, water pump, water tanks, stove, over head fan all in working condition.
*all interior/exterior lights in working condition.
*three 13" wheels/tires in good condition but I recommend changing it to 14" tires.

Camper has been in storage for many many years un-used. Camper has Texas plates but expired.
Camper has a clean and clear Texas title "currently searching for it in our house" if by any chance we can't find it then we will pay for an replacement/duplicate

We are selling this camper because we already purchase a newer Scamp 16'

We can't find the title.. spoke with the Texas Dmv and it's going to cost around $190 for a replacement/new title. We will lower the price to $3950
