Paint is approximately 3 years old (nice & shiny, looks new). I have all original equipment except curtains (including ice box, swamp cooler, even original porta-potty and owner’s manual). I have replaced the curtains, added a Fantastic Fan, window AC,
fridge, and several other things. You won’t find a cleaner
UHaul anywhere. Asking $4000, located in East TN. We hate to let it go, but decided to move to a larger unit.
