Re-upholstered, tires replaced 2 yrs ago, new hot water heater, laminate flooring.
Brakes and refrigerator have been serviced.
Table has been modified to have a long couch, or can be replaced with original wider table. Bathroom/shower.
Single wheel accessory jack on hitch.

Suzuki XL7 has 106 thousand miles. Well maintained, VERY reliable car. Hitch and brake controller, pulls trailer easily "everywhere"
