NE | SOLD: 1988 Perris Pacer

Selling my 1988 Perris Pacer (the one with the big side window.)
Located in Omaha, Nebraska but will be moving it to Topeka, Kansas mid-Oct. for the winter. If it doesn't sell at this late date, I'll offer it again in the spring.

You can read about it in the Registry. Fridge, Furnace and Stove Top have been removed to allow for more storage. Has the front couch dinette mod, professional paint job, LED lights, Fantastic Fan, removable window A/C.

Has been stored inside, but not used for awhile, so noticed some of wall covering has come loose--nothing major.

$3500. (FIRM)

Hubby has retired and I'm making tough decisions (just sold my beloved Honda Element today) so we can become Snowbirds. Love my "Bean" but I'm heading to Texas Nov. 1----so time to share him with someone else. Bittersweet time!

I am interested. Are the pictures in the registry current? Clear title? Do you have the items that were removed? Any leaks that you know of.....one last thing, is there anything that would prevent this from being towed to Oklahoma?

EDIT: I see now that the pictures are from 2011. Do you have more current pix?

I am very intrigued with your camp kitchen! It looks homemade? Does it break completely down? Could you share a bit about how it was made, is it very heavy, does it take up much room when packed?

Ellpea----Can you find my post from 8-10-2010 entitled "Poor Man's Camp Kitchen 2010 remodel"? It shows pictures of the kitchen in place and broken down for transport. It definitely wasn't heavy, because at the time, we were towing with a Honda Element. My how times change! Now we're towing a 6500 lb camper with a Ford F-150!!! (I miss those simpler days and the Perris Pacer will always be my first love !)

Hi there, I have been looking at the Perris Pacer and love the bigger window. Plus I love red and I have a Honda Element that limits my towing capacity as you know. I am interested in your Perris Pacer. I do live in CA but would like to see more pictures and actually have a good friend in the Dallas area in Texas to pick it up if this worked for me. The pluses: movable table, gray tank, reflectix everywhere, good storage, port a potty with base that raises it 4 inches, front couch with storage on each end-- but still enable person to lay there and those black shelves are removable ( the one on kitchen side will hold a microwave), front couch/dinette mod, rain sensor Fantastic Fan, screen door

Imperfections: (why I'm asking $3500 instead of more). see pics. Voltage meter non-functioning, some of wall covering coming loose, front door handle sometimes fell off--think we have it fixed--but kept tool by door just in case, the black thingy that holds the door open has pulled away from body a bit, we seem to remember there was alittle leak from pipe under sink--never got back to adjusting it, d$@n window tint bubbled up ( and this was installed by professional!&#128545

I forgot---the 3 lights on top of Bean in the back do not work.

Camper takes a 2 inch ball and has hitch height of 16 inches.

Think that answers all questions so far.
