new hard wood floor
new wheel seals and grease

new curtains?
new battery
2 new style propane tanks
new roof air conditioner
bath with shower
hot water heater
sink
3-way fridge
3 burner stove
electric heater
factory hitch included
excellent condition and well maintained
new wax job

used by a little old lady on sundays close to home.
