Excellent condition. A/C, furnace, gas hot water heater, bathroom w/ toilet, lavatory and shower, fresh, black and gray water tanks, galley w/ 2 burner stove with burner cover, range hood with exhaust fan and light, stainless steel sink, microwave. Three-way refrigerator.
12V accessory outlet. Four (4) 110v outlets inside, one (1) outside. Screened side windows. Brand New 50’ RV extension cord. Brand new Magic Sleeper mattress.
Aluminum cased Catalina 2500 patio awning. Two 20 lb. propane tanks, rear self-storing stabilizer jacks, tongue jack and wheel, spare tire and wheel.
Minor modifications - Captain chairs were replaced by a storage bench/bed. Bed has been set up over dining area. We have the tables, chairs and cushions if you wish to go back to standard set up. All new curtains were made for this Casita.

We will be selling our 1998 wide-body, 17 ft. Burro in AZ in a month for $8,000.

Easier to pay someone to tow it out to you. There are lots of retired folks around the country that might be willing to do this for a reasonable amount. Different time of year I might even have fun with that, but next two months are busy with family things.
