SOLD: 1997 Scamp 13' - One-Of-A-Kind!

1997 Scamp 13’ fiberglass trailer for sale in immaculate condition with many custom upgrades. This one-of-a-kind Scamp has been extremely well taken care of and pampered…it’s been stored either indoors or under a cover its entire life. Our company’s graphics are NOT painted on and can easily be removed; the top half of the trailer (above the center line trim piece) are dye-cut decals, the lower half is a wrap. I have all the original brochures and manuals for both the trailer and all the appliances.

Absolutely immaculate interior features:
• Custom painted cabinet doors with stainless steel pulls
• Custom stainless steel backsplash, entry panel, and front refrigerator panel
• Custom LED lighting over sink, over the table/bed area, and under the kick plate and touch control/remote control. The lighting over the bed/table and kickplate are on a dioder that has the option of changing the color of the lighting.
• Laminate hardwood flooring
• Aluminum diamond plate accents on kick plate areas
• 3-way refrigerator works on gas, 12V or 120V (works perfect)
• 2-burner gas stove (works perfect, but we’ve never cooked on it)
• Heater (works perfect)
• AC (works perfect)
• Stainless steel sink with 2 faucet fixtures: one standard version for hookups and one pump version for use with water tank
• 12 gallon fresh water tank
• Small microwave installed in closet
• All upholstery is in perfect condition…no stains, wear, or funk
• Custom Duolite “divider” between bed/table and countertop (the stock divider is an ugly wrought-iron piece)
• Front sofa converts to an upper bunk bed; front area will sleep 2 people
• Back table area converts into a bed that will sleep 2 people
• Levelor mini blinds
• Two pop-up ceiling vents; one with fan
• Screen door included (but not currently installed)
Battery Tender

Exterior features:
Fiberglass shell is in great shape
Awning (fully functioning, fabric cover is in great shape)
• Fresh tires (photos show tires with white Portawalls; we have since removed them. You can always order another set and install them if you like the look)
• Custom painted wheels (not shown in photos) with chrome baby moon hub caps
• Optima deep-cell marine battery
• We installed a black Husky lockable box on the tongue to neatly store propane tank and generator (not shown in photos, generator NOT included)
• Full hook-ups for water and power
• Additional exterior lighting (the single stock light is pretty weak)
• New safety chains
• New trailer jack
• Stabilizing jacks on rear bumper
• Custom dye cut/wrap graphics (again, you can easily remove them…we will remove Petal Power logos and the rest of our wacky company-related decals)
• Rear spare tire with custom cover that matches graphics (we have Scamp stock cover as well)
• Cover comes with trailer

***Any stock OEM parts removed were saved and sell with trailer***

$12,000 / OBO

You won’t find another Scamp like this one…it’s truly unique! It needs nothing other than a heat gun if you want to remove the graphics.

Trailer is located in San Diego, CA. Thanks for looking and please feel free to PM me for more info!

You may want to show how easy the decals remove and if there is any damage underneath...nice interior.
may help with the sale.

Thanks for the feedback, Jim. There isn't any damage to the exterior under the wraps. I am hesitant to take off any portion of the graphics since we may use the trailer for a couple more events until it sells.

I would not take them off

I would not take the wrap or the decals off. They are done tastefully (with maybe the exception being the "kitty"...lol) and the wrap will protect against stone chips in the front.

You had done a very nice job on finishes in the trailer. Why did you not put Wide Whitewalls back on it?

I would think many of us "older" generation folks will go for that look.

Me being a Mom who travels with 2 teen girls absolutely love the graphics and would only repaint the bumper and remove the cat for obvious reasons, lol. Otherwise it's awesome!! Hmmm, wraps may be a good way to protect from chips, UV damage etc.....

The whitewalls we had on it were actually Portawalls...they are just a "skin" that you mount between a regular ol' black tire and the wheel. They look awesome, but they get really dirty...so that's why we took them off.

I have had a lot of interest in my little trailer, so here are some answers to common questions I am getting asked that may help others:

-The trailer is located in North San Diego County; Bonsall to be exact.
-There is NO damage under the wrap. The most "damage" you'll see if you choose to remove the wrap is there are shiny areas under where the original Scamp decals were placed. This is actually a good thing since if you are going to put Scamp decals back on, those shiny areas will act as a guide to put the new decals on.
-This trailer does not have electric brakes.
-This trailer does not have the "bathroom" up front. This is Scamp's Layout #1 which has the sofa/convertible bunk beds up front.
-A lot of people have asked what the wrap and decals cost. We paid about $3,000.

Also, if you have a question you need a fast answer to, you might want to PM me. For some reason, the notifications for replies to this thread are getting tossed into my spam folder. I'll keep checking back here as well.
