I have a nice 16' Scamp side dinette, with the following: Catalina 10' awning new 2 years ago, microwave, furnace, ceiling fan, full bath in front, 3way fridge, two burner stove, new marathon tires 2 years ago, I have also put in a new water pump for the bath drain last fall.
