2002 Casita Spirit Deluxe. This is the 17ft model. It has the air conditioner with heat strip. The original owner had an extra bumper added to the back for storage. The Casita is in great shape, but could use a good wax job to get a good shine going. The only thing wrong with it is the fridge is not getting cold. It will need to be repaired or replaced. New Carlisle tires just installed. $7900.00
