windows, hardware, ceiling vent, screen door, cabinets, table top, covered cook top, sink and new water holding tank along with all new cushions and curtains. The exterior finish has some touch up and repair work yet to be done and it does not have a refriderator or ice box but that can be added easily at the
Scamp manufacturer or custom added to your liking. It also comes with a single
solar panel that was used to run the electric. $6500
