17.5 center bath model (C that was very lightly used by my wife and me as first time RVers. We are non-smokers and do not have pets. I believe the trailer came with every available option that the factory had at the time. The trailer is stored under a canopy, was hand waxed at least twice a year and meticulously maintained. Therefore the finish is in shiny near new condition with no oxidation. This is a true 4-season trailer with enclosed and heated holding tanks, which is not only great for cold weather but because of the insulation and thermal solar reflecting windows the trailer stays cool in the summer. Everything works perfectly. The oven was never used and the toilet was only used for half its function.

The trailer is located at our home under a canopy in San Diego, CA.

This is almost identical to the most recent production of this model, which was changed in 2005. I believe previous years were about a foot shorter.

The auction ended with a high bid of $12,100 and the reserve was not met. Considering the auction had a starting price of $12,000, it does not seem to have attracted much interest.

You might try Craigslist as well. It's a nice trailer and should sell without problems. I think a number of people are moving away from eBay due to some bad transactions involving scams. At least with Craigslist you'll target more of the people in your general area too.
