2005 Casita Liberty Deluxe. Fiberglass. Hard to find Casita, in great condition. FULL wet bath. King bed option will accommodate a 6' footer. 6 cu. ft. 3 way refrigerator. Roof AC is cold. Microwave, TV antenna. ALL available Factory 2005 options were added EXCEPT: Hi lift axle, 25 gal fresh water tank & out-side shower.
Also includes a Draw Tight Weight Distribution Hitch (WDH) Class III 4" with Sway Control worth appox. $500. Added a "Third" 9 LED rear brake light w/o drilling any holes if you want to remove it.
Light - weights appox. 2500 # dry, 3400 # wet. Tows fantastic behind our Toyota 4Runner V6 - we average 15 MPG (2002 4Runner Sport 119K is also for sale - will sell as a pair let us know if interested).
All systems / equipment work 100%. Stored in-side 3 winters, under Custom winter cover all others (included), first owner also kept garaged. Up-graded to Kumudo tires for added safety & height.
Note: Awning has stains we have not yet removed, hitch and safety chains have some rust, could use paint. Front "Casita" graphic is starting to peel. Non-smoking / no pets. $12,000. firm.

There is 1 bed that can be configured 2 ways: King or Double; We leave it made up as a double and use the 2 person dinette table and reaming 2 person seating - unless we have "company". Very functional for 2 people, although in King mode it could sleep 4 - albet side by side.

Where in ME are you? You say there is a microwave but pic does not show one in the normal location. Is it an add-on micro sitting on the counter? Can you give me an idea of price including car? What other options does it have from the list of options? Thanks.

Hi Pam: The optional Casita microwave is in our house wrapped in plastic. We never used it (it works fine) as we use the cabinet as a pantry and find it way more useful. Extras over the Std Eqpt are:

119K miles, Auto trans., 3.4V6, 4X4, averages 18-20mpg (15 mpg towing can get 17 on level no wind), auto trans, Traction control, ABS, 2 air bags, moon-roof, running boards, trailer brake controller (7pt. connection), CD, cloth int., rear roll-up cargo cover and HD floor cover, bull-bar with 2 Hella 55 watt lamps (1 drive & 1 fog - to see the moose better !),
full skid plates, roof rack (currently with additional Thule system; bars fairing & bike system which is not included but can be negotiated), new battery, synthetic oil. 2nd owner since 47K, this is an exceptionally clean SUV and a perfect match for the Casita / WHD makes its very easy to tow. Non-smoke no pets. Dealer serviced - needs nothing but 4 new tires before winter.

Indeed it is, however, price has fallen to $12,000. (The 4Runner is also stilll available.)
We are about to hitch up and take them out for a trip next week. Where are you located?
