We are getting ready to sell our sweet 17B. We purchased it from the second owner in May 2021, did some improvements, camped in it, and then took it across the country with our Honda Pilot. It is a great camper, but due to our relocation and circumstances, we have to let it go to another. We are located in the Metro DC area in Northern Virginia. We have the
title, it is registered in WA, and has plates.
We have the original manuals for the trailer and the appliances and have receipts for all the work that was done summer 2021.
It is a great lightweight trailer. Approximate dry
weight is 1900 lbs. We weighed it loaded up with gear and water and it weighted 2660 lbs CAT Scale

KNOWN ITEM/ISSUE
- Fridge door hinge cracked and make the door not stable unless latched. Fridge and freezer work great otherwise.
