We purchased this Casita from the original owner in “like new” condition for $12,000 earlier this year. We were first to call and drove from Houston to North Carolina to pick it up. Used only by non-smokers. Only selling because our new 21’ Escape will be ready for pick up in February. 
Features Maxis 15” D lode rating tires, 5000lb. hitch with friction anti-sway bar, electric tongue jack, stabilizer jacks, electric brakes,high lift axle, spare tire w/cover, two LP tanks w/cover, converter/battery charger, 12v battery pack, 12 volt lighting, 16gallon fresh water tank, black water tank, outside shower (inside bathroom with shower also), carpet floor, range cover, sink cover, 2 burner cook top, 16,000 BTU gas furnace with thermostat, awning, cable ready, TV shelf, 3-way refrigerator, inside ignition gas and electric water heater, roof mount air-conditioner with heat strip, Fantastic fan, Maxxair vent cover, We added a microwave, Smart Blu-Ray and mounted a Smart TV in rear corner. Everything works!

Please forward info where we can look at your trailer. We have a 2014 VW Tiguan with a 2.0 liter engine and 4 wheel drive. I will need to get a hitch setup to transport it. Any recommendations?
