Can't convince wife to keep it...too closed in for her...very,very good condition...better than new...all the goodies....bath...no shower...has the following factroy installed items:Screen door, outside cable/sat hookup,roof airconditioner,electric brakes,TV antenna,1.9 cu ft 3 way ref,8 foot awning,group 27 deep cycle battery,toilet,range window,spare tire and cover,two mounted stabilizer jacks,city water access,rear cabinets,cabinet over sink,rear opening window,power converter 20 amp,12 volt porch light,dual gas tanks, water tank,outside GFI 120VAC outlet,extra inside lights....and I installed a small flat screen HDTV.

I will deliver anywhere in the lower 48 for a reasonable amount....
My price is $10,000 FIRM..............paid $11,359 and $300 for the TV. Trailer is 10 months old....took it locally once and once to Texas(Matagorda Maddness)...it tows great with my 2005 Jeep Wrangler, 6cyl..........any questions, contact me.
