Casita Spirit Deluxe 17’ in excellent condition.
We love our
Casita but after beginning full-time RV’ing five months ago, and wanting to begin volunteer work, we are upgrading to a larger rig. Non-smoking and no pets.

brakes, Double entrance steps from LHC, 600watt inverter, gray tank vent mod, 2 Window Max vents from LHC, 2 new front stabilizer jacks, bathroom and kitchen high rise remodel kits from LHC, closet shelves, towel rack mod from LHC, BAL tire leveler, reverse-fill mod on 25 gal fresh water tank, numerous other mods of extra fold up tables, mirrors, range cutting board cover, extra electric plug-ins, etc. Pictures are available.
The trailer does not have an
awning. The television does not stay but it is bracket ready. Has Fantastic fan with Max cover,
furnace, and rooftop heat and air, two burner range, 3-way
refrigerator, new fire extinguisher.
