Everything in this trailer works perfectly. The A/C is cold, the
furnace is hot, the water is hot. The lavatory fixture has a diverter so you can run a hose outside for a shower, washing dishes, etc. I will include three 25 foot water hoses and a 30 amp extension cord. A coiled water hose, for situations when the dump station doesn t have a hose, fits in the rear bumper.
The exterior received a professional wax job in early April and it sparkles in the sunlight.
I replaced the front tongue jack with a Bulldog top wind last summer. It has a 5000 pound lift capacity and makes lifting the tongue almost effortless.
Wheel bearings were replaced in 2017 by the top trailer company in Lexington KY.
While we never tried the 60 watt
solar panel, the previous owner reported that itprovides all the power needed for
boondocking as long as there is sunshine.
The refrigerator door has been strengthened by the Little House kit. The plastic freezer door hinges have been replaced with metal ones. One
propane tank is full and the other partly full.
The Liberty model from
Casita puts the stove up front and the dinette in front of the bed. Unlike the Spirit, which puts the stove next to the bed and the dinette along the left side. The Spirit layout allows the dinette to beset up as a single bed. The Liberty layout allows the full bed to be set up as a king bed. I strongly prefer the Liberty layout because I didn t want the stove right next to the bed. I like the stove located opposite the door where I can keep an eye on it when I m outside, and where cooking odors and splatter will not get into the bed clothes.
We are selling the trailer because we are downsizing and moving out of state. We absolutely loved camping in this trailer and wish we could keep it. It has been lovingly maintained by ourselves and previous owners.
The price if firm because I don t like to negotiate and because I m including a lot of extras, including tools and other items I haven t listed here.
