I’m selling my lovely 2010
Casita 13’ Patriot Deluxe. As many of you know,
Casita Travel Trailers stopped making 13’ in 2016, and this model has become almost a collectible. No smoking, no pets, no children; stored in a covered storage. Excellent condition. New sealed
battery and new
tires. It includes a wet bathroom with toilet, lavatory, and shower (same as the 16’ model). No
awning; no
furnace. Also, I have spent over $2,000 on nice additions and mods, many of them from LHC, Little House Customs (Larry Gamble). Some of my favorite mods are the Orbital rear receiver hitch that allowed me to install a large heavy-duty carrying box, tinted
windows, the Fantastic Maxx fan, smaller table for computer, and the marine style power cord attachment. The first owner just camped out once at a local RV park in her town, and I (second owner) have done few trips only, mainly to
Casita Rallies, for example, the Bluebonnet
Rally in Bandera, Texas. I’m located in Houston, Texas. The Nada Guides has a suggested base price for this trailer of $15,224, but I’m only asking $13,700 obo. Serious buyers ONLY!
