Casita, The trailer was gone through mechanically front to rear when purchased from previous owner. All new wheel bearings installed Timken brand amp;
axle seals. Brake shoes and magnets were replaced also since previous owner pumped too much grease in the E z lube axial and blew the seal out on one side and made a real mess. Deep cycle 12v
battery is less than a year old.

lighting in closet so you can see what is on each shelf. Also all the cabinets have had LED
lighting added to them that once the cabinet door is opened the
lights for that compartment come on. No more flashlights to find what you want. High rise kitchen faucet added.
Fridge has safety button guard amp; top hinge reinforcement. Jack E up addition to hitch.

Rear dinette stays in the bed position all the time since we have the captains chairs and smaller table. Post included to set rear dinette up to use. Rear bed has a 2 foam added to the cushions for a great comfortable bed.
