Have memory foam mattress for permanent bed but have original cushion if you want flexibility.

Had issues with furnace last year but thought problem was solved. Has been working really well but this morning it took about 5min for it to kick in. Because I cannot say for certain furnace is %100 will take off an additional $700. New furnace Suburban nt 16seq $410 at Amazon. If it is the board 520820 $123.
