Dave from Tonawanda, NY here. I am interested. I am 70 years old, and I intend to do a trip to Arizona for about 5 weeks bt myself and camp off the grid, no camp grounds! I would like to come see your camper. I did some research and noticed the company is having some problems, don't know if they are going to keep in business. I guess there is nothing that couldn't be replaced elsewhere. The crack in the door looks pretty deep, is it? What size ball do I need to pull the trailer, what size electrical plug (7 pin round?) do I need and what about anti sway or leveling hitch? I assume you have a clear title? Will a certified Bank Check from Citizens Bank in Tonawanda, NY work? I would assume your bank could call them if necessary? Thanks,

2" ball. Standard 7-way trailer connector. Don't need anti-sway with a Parkliner.

Since so many are out of state here is payment options:
Certified Bank check (you will have to stay local until the check clears, bank said 5-7 days maybe sooner)
Cash - you can take trailer, signed title (there is no liens on it) and bill of sale
Wired Bank transfer (requires you and owner to be at bank, should complete dame day) you take trailer, title, bill of sale same day!

No personal checks and no checks at all until they clear. I'm sorry but no one can take the camper until payment has come through.
I know this is inconvenient to most of the interested people already but I can't let you take the camper until payment has been cleared.

I hope this clears up a lot of questions.

miss I don't blame you no m/s no checks cash works well. my story a guy near us listed a racing motor 25k he got a call the guy said he could only meet on Sun. well they did exchanged m/o and motor.

guys wife took picture of the buyers car license mon morning they go to cash the m/o its a phony! car licene plate was stolen too!

cant be too careful these days. I did sell my A-Liner wire transfer the bank called me at home when it arrived I gave the guy the title he left. everything good.

I have suggested the Wire transfer but that also seems to be a no go with some buyers.
I'm wondering if they really have some kind of fears or if the people I'm dealing with are going to try to pass me a bad check/MO?

Anyway I have all in hand, waiting on a buyer. I know its hard with those who are out of state. Possibly making 2 trips. Its not easy.
