Casita twice yearly, it has always been stored in a covered storage spot. Non smoking, no pets camper that has been deep cleaned on a regular basis. Additionally, all three
tires have been replaced and upgraded, within the past year and a half, the inner/outer wheel bearings were replaced and greased, by "Little Home on the Road", with high quality synthetic grease, in June 2020. The
battery was replaced in July 2020. All appliances and equipment are in excellent working order. We are selling our Casita, because we now have 9 grandchildren and would like to purchase a larger camper to accommodate our growing family.

- Removable Bunk Bed Conversion, which allows for either a couch, bunk beds, or the standard dinette, plus the full sized bed or U shaped dining space, depending on the needs of the trip. The cushion fabric for the bunk bed cushions was ordered from Casita, so the fabric matches the existing cushion fabric.
