Bought new from Casita in Rice Tx. Picked up on 5/20/2019. Camped twice in the trailer. Slept total 8 nights. In like new condition. The toilet and black tank was never used. Everything in the trailer works. This is the Spirit Deluxe model with wet bath, dinette that converts to full size bed, side dinette that converts to single bed.
The trailer came with updated grey interior and vinyl flooring.
