Wow that was fast! As a Cincinnatian, sorry to see you go, one of the reasons we moved to a 25B25RT from our Escape 21 is the ability to have sleeping room for our grand kids. Hopefully we don't end up in the same place that you guys did. We went with the rear twin so we had the ability to place an hiking air mattress/sleeping bag on the floor between the beds. I also asked Grant if he would be willing to do a bunk across the top of the rear of the trailer, Airstream has this layout over top of the twin beds, do you think having the RT model would have changed your mind on selling? Just curious.

Hard to tell how many grandkids they have. They were very nice people when we met them in October. We only have one grandchild so our upcoming 25rq will be fine. With the larger dinette and a bed on the floor I suspect you could sleep 3 grandkids ?
