Hi Phil,
Yup, we had to give it all up. Got a job opportunity that we just couldn't pass up.
Boler business was great. Still renting out until it stops, but juggling work and rentals is a tough business. Couldn't keep up with the rental requests throughout the summer. Too many renters, not enough Bolers.
Turned away alot of customers, unfortunately.
My wife and I really enjoyed it. It was fun, and of course, everyone absolutely loved the Bolers. Most of our renters seemed to appreciate the fact that the trailers are vintage and rare so they really took care of them. They really liked that they were fully stocked with everything they needed.
Getting some responses for buying, but nothing solid. If they don't sell we'll just hang onto them until the spring. No hurry. It really is a bad time to sell anyhow. Sometimes people don't realize the work that went into these Eggs. I'm sure you can appreciate that since your a trailer owner yourself. 8,000 might seem like alot but when it comes down to it, they are like new.
Thanks for the chat,
Mike
