I went around and took pictures of some of the great signs that others displayed at our gatherings. Now i have just finished a new deep relief for our little trailer.

I love your work James. You have a rare talent. I can certainly understand why you would want to hang on to all of your carvings. Does you or your club have a web site where we can see more of these wonderful creations?

Ha, ha, Hi Carol Ann! That'll never happen. This is called a hobby. I make it a point to only carve what I feel in the mood to do. Taking orders and time commitments mean it becomes WORK. [shudder] This way I let the piece dictate where the art form goes. Whether it's a carving or a handmade instrumen, It's what-you-see-is-what-you-get. Next in line are a couple of family crests.
Looking forward to seeing you guys at the "The Trailerhood" this summer.
