I have a habit... I mean Hobby
I like to digitize and embroider... a lot! Since I have a Casita, I embroidered a picture of a 17 ft SD. Then since a big number of members here seem to have Scamps, I've been working on digitizing and embroidering them. Here's my question, in all the pics I've looked at online, none of them have covers on the propane tanks. I'm looking at the 13, 16 & 19 footers, but working on the 19 right now. Do they have covers on the propane tanks like the Casitas do and maybe just photographed by the manufacturer without it?????? Please help. I am detail oriented.
BTW, here's my Casita pic:
Hope I did that right!

Good for you! I wish you much success. The best place to check for stock photos is: http://www.scamptrailers.com/
Notice, no propane tank covers.

I've never seen a Scamp with a propane tank cover, unless it was an aftermarket mod.

Thanks all for the help.
Cindy, I've used many over the years as they come along, but right now I use parts of 2, Floriani Total Control U and DIME Perfect Embroidery Professional. Stuck in the middle is the old Floriani Total Control Pro before they had a falling out and split into the afore mentioned 2 programs.
I would like to get a professional program, but they are costly and I don't want to make that large an investment until I can find a good AND user friendly program.

Denise,
I know what you mean about the user friendly & affordable. It doesn't exist.
Do you sell your digitized file?? I''m not as far along in my skills as you!
Thanks,
Cindy

No, but I sell the finished pics to anyone that wants them. My friends saw mine and said I should make them available to people. I'm not a business person, so I fly by the seat of my britches on these things.

Georgious! I'm not able to crochet. My hobby is done with knives and chisels. I hope you post more of your designs.

You could set up a storefront at etsy.com to sell your products/files. Pretty cheap (20 cents for 4 months to list an item.)
I've got a sideline there at https://www.etsy.com shop/rvWidgetWorks?ref=search_shop_redirect
Good way to sell small items with a fixed price.

I, for one, would be interested in having your embroidery on, say, a cap, a polo shirt, a spare tire cover or a pillow, etc. Please make your art available on ETSY and let us know when you do!

Denise,
I love machine embroidery but I don't digitize...your Casita is beautiful! Nice job. Do you do Escapes?

I just finished the 5th wheel style Scamp (sorry can't remember the model # right now) and I have some good shots of an Escape 17, but I'm looking for some photos of the 19 and 21's. Any help???? I could best use full side shots from trailer hitch to beyond bumper and fairly close in. I'd appreciate input from anyone. The pics can be sent to my email.

I was just going through my sewing things--lots of unused patterns and sewing books. I have a sewing machine, embroidery machine, and a serger. None of them are big ticket items, they are about 8 years old and they work just fine. Would love to bring them with me if I ever buy a 17' spirit deluxe. Just me living in it. Where do you store your machines and all the rest of the sewing stuff that you need. I'm willing to donate a lot of my sewing books and patterns to camp grounds that have hobby centers. Know of any?

I am fairly new to this trailer lifestyle, but I don't do it full time, so my sewing room is still in my house. My friends often tease me about removing the toilet and putting my embroidery machine in the bathroom! But then I'd have to have another trailer to sleep in. If you sew/embroider/quilt you know that it is a hobby that resembles "the blob" ..... it engulfs all available space and just grows and grows and grows!

Denise.....my wife has a Bernnia 880 Sterling Ed.
Will these programs digitize in a format that will load into the machine?

I'm confused. Are you asking if the file of the digitized picture would be compatible? The answer is yes because I can save in any machine format I want to, but sorry, I don't sell the design. I would only provide the finished picture.
And to be honest, I'm a little antsy about doing the pictures at all now. I received an email from a member of another forum. Someone from a rally I attended posted a pic and she asked me about copyright infringement, so I need to contact the owners of Scamp and Escape before I do anything.
