I will bring 16 of those skinny wooden marshmallow roasting sticks that can be either re-used or used for kindling.
I can also help on the Wednesday assembly detail.

This is an "OG" in the Summer, not to be confused with a "NOG" which are spring and fall.

Our Host Nancy in Oregon runs a well-oiled machine, most of the time.
My apologies for the lateness of this thread, yours truly dropped the ball. My Senior Moments are becoming Senior Days...

Donna D. is in charge of the "NOGs"

I'll add 20 Hershey Bars. Hopefully they won't melt going through the Sacramento Valley!

Frederick, do you remember that last year we did away with the stakes, tacks (nails), and hammering? We're now able to clip our placards to the campsite number stakes that are already at each site because the rangers don't use them for reservation slips any longer. Unless something has changed, it really worked well (and a lot simpler) last year. It was fun to put the placards together, but I ended up being able to return about $50 in wooden stakes, which was nothing to shake a stick at (excuse the pun, but I couldn't resist).
Please sign Bret and me up to bring:
1 Box (about 15) large black garbage bags
1 roll duct tape

Thanks,
Ellen

With 98 sites reserved and almost 200 people Nancy and her crew have to stay organized! They do a fantastic job! We really appreciate all the work that goes into this event. (check out more here: 2012 Oregon Gathering Information - Casita Travel Trailer Forum

Duplicate supplies

Frederick, I see that Carol H is also signing up to bring the bags and duct tape. How about I sign up for something else unless we need lots of those?

Please sign Bret and me up for Clean-Up after the Tapas Night.

Thanks,
E.

Frederick,

I noticed that Nancy has the same request for help on the Casita Forum,
Volunteers Needed - Casita Travel Trailer Forum

Is there coordination between the two forums so that one topic is not over volunteered and another is left open?

Hi Frederick!

It is wonderful to see so many folks stepping up to help make The Oregon Gathering great ... AGAIN!

I would encourage anyone arriving early to work with putting the packets together and/or helping at the registration tables ... a great way to put faces to names and meet/greet new/old FGRV friends. It was sure fun when we helped out.

Wishing everyone a weekend of Egg-stra special fun - L 'n D
