Nathan, Nice Trillium! It looks like the previous owner messed up the Ensolite though. You can't buy that stuff anymore.
The fibreglass components that you want are available from Outback/Trillium in Calgary, (
https://trilliumtrailers.com/). Shipping would be expensive though. The molds that they use are from a later year than 1971, but I'm not sure what year. Are you sure that the original fibreglass is not under the wood? You should be able to tell from the inside of the cabinets. If it’s there, it is not too difficult to get it back to original shape.

It is nice that the previous owner did their best to not destroy the driver side
Trillium logo. However, if that is an absorbtion
fridge, I suspect that there is not enough air flow to opperate properly, on a hot day. If it is a compressor
fridge, it should be fine.
Is that actually a ceramic tile back splash? Not sure about the wisdom of that. Heavy, and delicate.
