We just bought this last weekend on ebay here in Missouri - I plan on doing a total makeover on this over the summer - I've been looking at these for years and finally we got one!

any suggestions on stove top/sink units and new furnaces?

Welcome to the forum.I have an original stove and hood from my 1976 Scamp if you are interested.I am in Winnsboro,SC.I see you are in Columbia,is that South Carolina?

First, clean it up so all future dirt is yours. Make sure it's completely safe to go down the road then get out and use it! You'll fine your own wants/needs based on use. Save all the work for the time/weather you can't go camping. Life is short and summer is even shorter. YMMV
