1982 Scamp 13' found a new home

Proud parents of an '82 Scamp 13' trailer. Picked it up in Ludington, MI today. We're the 4th owners and we have plans to renovate and modernize. Looking forward to our latest project and future camping trips!

Welcome John
Nice 82 Scamp. What are the four rivets holding on the left front corner?

HI John, to FiberglassRV, we're glad you're here

Looks like a very nice and clean '82 Scamp! I wish those windows were in my 1988...

What do you like about them? At first I wish I had the black framed vinyl ones, but I like them now since they work in the rain!

Nice looking Scamp. Welcome. There's a weath of information here if you need it.
I don't understand the shelf. Is it supported by chains? Is it for a specific purpose?

I'm not exactly sure. There is also a coat rack/key chain hook "bolted" to the Scamp on the other side of the bunks. I will be removing those and plugging the hole. Sucks that someone modified it like this but I'll deal.

Welcome! We just got a "79 Scamp. Yours is in great shape! What is the material on the door? Looks different than mine.
The jalousy (not sure I spelled it right) windows are a big deal. I have them, as well.
I just started on mine recently, but quite a bit more work than yours.
Have fun!

It's Ensolite. Typical for the age of the trailer. Take care of it, changing it is a PITA and can be expensive. Scamp started in with Rat Fur mid-1987.
