Another new guy

Greetings from So Cal-but at 7,000'. Followed the site for a while and finally became a member. Just getting my 16' Scamp ready for some fun. I'll try to get some rig pics up later. Bought it from the military as a 'plain jane' model so adding things as I go. I'm a graduate of the pop-up trailers.

Welcome Dennis. After two pop ups and children not wanting to camp with mom and dad (slaves to pop it and fold it) we graduated to a 13' Scamp then to a 19' Scamp 5th wheel for the living space.

Thanks, we started with an Apache hard sided pop-up. It worked well for over 20 years. Now, it's just me(and when I can convince a grandchild to join me), so I'll have more room than I know what to do with.

Welcome to FiberglassRV Dennis! Lots of friendly, helpful people here. If you're interested in meeting F2F like minded people, keep an eye on the Rallies section. I would imagine a Northern California Gathering will popup with info before too long. There's also the Lake Casitas Rally and maybe more, I'm brain-drained, but wanted to welcome you too!

Welcome Dennis. I had one of those Apache hard sided campers too. Lots better than the tent type pop ups, but still there is nothing nicer than NOT having to set the camper up when getting to a campground. You should like an egg better!
