Talking newbie

Hey Jude. good luck. I found my burro 3 years ago. I was watching all kind of sights. Then one day in the small town that I live in on a road that I travel every day; there it was. Parked with a for sale sign. I nearly wrecked getting turned around so fast. The seller had just an hour before parked it there with the sign. You never know where you will find one. A lot of wonderful people on this site will keep there eyes open for you. Joe:

When Opportunity Knocks, be ready to answer . . .

Although we already owned, and regularly used, a 16 foot 'stickie'; we had been 'somewhat looking/longing' for a Boler, for several years. And then, three years ago, the Mrs. and I headed to town (about 17 miles) to do our 'regular' weekly shopping'; and returned home about 2 hours later, finding a 'Boler' now parked along the same rural roadway, only about 1 1/2 miles from our home, with a 'For Sale' posted on it. Within the next 2 hours, we became owners of our '73 Boler' - a great day for our 'regular weekly shopping', and no store coupons either . . .

Persistence pays. In our case, it took the form of me constantly hovering over Craigslist and punching refresh. A 17' Casita SD showed up and I called - he had just finished posting the ad minutes before. Played hookey from work the next day and drove across the state and tugged it home.
