Beachcomber newbie

Hi,
I found this website while looking for info on my beachcomber. There is some fantastic info here and I already have a lot of cool ideas for my reno. I'm looking forward to getting started posting some pics and receiving feedback from all the talented members here and hopefully helping some out myself in the process.

I purchased a 197? Beachcomber that was homemade by a guy that apparently worked at the factory and built it at home. It had water damage and when I started looking at what it would rake to repair it I decided to gut it and start from scratch.

Sorry if these pics are upside down, they were taken with my iphone.

Kevin

Mr. Kevin,
Congrats on your Beachcomber aquisition!! Your rig looks good and the pics are great and quite appropriate for the upside down world we live in...(at least much of the time!)

Hi Kevin, welcome to FiberglassRV. We're glad you're here!!

Hey, we like pics... even upside down and sideways kinds. I'm on a laptop... I just pick it up and turn it

I think we just met the guy you're talking about that was part of the manufacturing team for the Beachcomber... on another thread

Kevin, I hope you don't mind me messing with your pictures. I'm visually challenged.

I think Johnny Cash wrote a song about it:

'Well, it's a '69, '70, '71, '72, '73, '74, '75, '76, '77, '78, '79' Beachcomber--a '80, '81, '82, '83, '84, '85, '86, '87, '88, '89, '80 Beachcomber Fiberglass Trailer".
