Hello from North Carolina

Hello!

We have been camping for the past few years with an all aluminum 2010 LivinLite Camplite 11. Had it on two trips out west to Yellowstone and Glacier NP. It's a fine camper.

We have wanted an Oliver since the first time seeing one. Purchased a used 2015 Oliver Legacy Elite II last week in MO, and towed it home to North Carolina. Ordered a set of Firestone rear differential airbags this week for our TV, Nissan Frontier. Got 14.5MPG @ 60MPH out of two tanks of gas towing through the TN/NC mountains.

Congrats on that Oliver, Bill. I think that is a beautiful trailer inside. Maybe it's just the gloss and mirrors, but it looks so much more open and roomy than some others I've seen. Definitely on my short list! The Livin' Lite was just too small?

Appreciate the kind Welcome from everyone!

We really liked the LivinLite, but wanted a few more amenities.

Here's the 2010 LivinLite CampLite 11 at Buffalo Bill SP Cody WY last summer:

She's a beauty Bill. And I recognized that Tennessee State Park campsite immediately.

Welcome to the wonderful world of molded fiberglass.

Thanks & appreciate the welcome. Have not camped on a campsite like this before, guess it was OK to park the camper on the deck!

Yep. Unusual design but avoids expensive grading in otherwise very attractive sites.

First time we saw an Oliver was over 5 years ago and camper production had already stopped. Oliver started production again, so we were ready for a lightly used one this time.

Thanks,

Camper Bill,
Welcome to the east coast fiberglass rv community. You might enjoy some of the rallies we have coming up. Georgia is the next rally at Hiawassee River with 2 Olivers attending. Kentucky has one in June. What part of NC? I'm in Durham. I am sure you will love your new to you Oliver. Shelly

Thanks for the Welcome!

Located in Charlotte area. Saw the GA event thread, but can't make that one, have previous plans. Would like to attend future gatherings.

We camp in the NC mountains during the summer and just about every month of the year. Camp @ South Mountains SP NC, Stone Mountain SP NC, Lake Wateree SP SC, Linville Falls Motor Lodge Campground NC, Mount Pisgah Campground NC on the BRP, and Hunting Island SP SC.

Camped out west during 2014 and 2015. Will probably be camping east of the Mississippi during 2016.

Few places visited last summer while camping, I take too may photos:
