Can he fit?

Greetings from Northern CA. We are collecting our toys for retirement (just a few more years!) and have chosen the Scamp we want to purchase (16'- layout #6), with one last answer needed.....does my hubby FIT! He's bordering on 6'1". Does anyone in the Sacramento CA or surrounding area want to share their Scamp for a visit and height test? We would gladly bring cookies to say thank you! If so, we'll connect off line. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration! Best regards, Lisa

You can also contact Scamp who keeps a list of satisfied owners who are willing to show off their trailers.
They can direct you to an owner in your area.

We travel in a Scamp 16 about 7+ months a year. I'm 6'1" and we have no trouble sleeping in the Scamp though it's a family joke, all of our stationary friends and relatives joke about it. It's cozy but we like cozy. I can honestly say we sleep better when we're traveling than we do in our home's queen.

We have layout #4 but the bed in the 4 and 6 are the same size.

We formerly used a Casita 16 with the same layout as the #6 Scamp layout and liked it also.

If you like the layout but would prefer something a bit wider and taller inside, check out the Eggcamper, LIGHTWEIGHT FIBERGLASS TRAVEL TRAILER .

Smile A Dealer near you

Some eggs do have dealers. Here is a dealer in San Fran. You can check his inventory to see if he has any eggs:
